Jeff has been machining for 55 years. He founded the company in 2006. He loves hunting and Fishing. There isn't a problem Jeff can't fix. Jeff likes to share and teach his wisdom about machining to anyone willing to learn. 

​Jeremy has 25 years of experience with machining. In his spare time he like to go fishing and hunting. Jeremy also coaches his sons football team. Jeremy is a very patient person, and always tries to come up with different solutions to a problem when needed. 

Justin has 20 years in the machining industry. Justin likes to be outdoors and taking his boys on adventures outdoors as well. Justin also likes to do karate with his boys. Justin always makes sure he has great communication with his customers and employees.

Larry has 45 years of manufacturing experience. When Larry is not at work he enjoys snowmobiling, ATVing, Motorcycle rides, and street rodding. Larry will stop whatever he is doing to answer questions or help his coworkers. Larry is a very patient and funny guy.

Jeff has 13 years of project management in Manufacturing, leading teams for government and prime contracts.  When Jeff is not at work he is either in a boat or behind one, and also enjoys all outdoor activities.  Jeff is a problem solver and has been a great asset to this team.

Sheldon has 12 years of machining experience all with 3J. He has worked his way up in the company to be the Shop Foreman. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his kiddos. Sheldon is also a shooting fanatic, and a big 49ers fan. Sheldon is a problem solver, no matter how complicated anything seems Sheldon always has a way to figure something out. 

Colton has 11 years of experience machining. He loves spending time with his family. His Faith is very important to him. He loves to play disc golf. Colton always welcomes questions from his peers, and will always try to help everyone as much as possible. 

Larry has 8 years of machining experience. In his free time he likes to coach his children's softball leagues, and is also on a couple of  men's competitive and leisure leagues.  He loves to go camping, fishing, and hunting. He is very outgoing and loves to tell jokes to get people to laugh. 

 Allen is a veteran and served in the United States Army. He enjoys golfing and shooting in his spare time, You might also catch him taking a cruise on his motorcycle when its nice out. Allen is a very fun guy to be around, and takes the time to teach things around the shop so that everyone can be better.
